This warranty includes replacing the band that has been broken.

Image of the defect
Description of how the product broke and the defected area
Strength of the band that broke
Your name, delivery address, and local Thai phone number for us to ship the replacement.

After 30 days of receiving the product, you are only eligible for an exchange in the case that the product breaks during your work out. Keep in mind that every product has its natural limitations, and we will not offer a replacement for products that have been misused or exposed to conditions that would encourage damage to the product.

Valid reasons for requesting a refund include: The product does not match the photo displayed during the sale. The product has arrived in bad condition The product has a faded logo. Please also provide a statement as to whether you want an exchange or a refund.
For exchanges, include: Your name Delivery address Local Thai phone number.
For refunds, include: Thai bank transfer details (name of account, bank number, name of bank)
